Guest Relations
To make sure your guests arrive safely and stress free we can arrange a meet and greet at the airport with maps indicating the easiest, most direct route to your property.
For those special, VIP guests we can make it a special experience and have them chauffeured to and from the airport on arrival and departure.
We can, should you require, place information packs in the property showing places of interest, tourist information and other useful addresses with directions.
For late arrivals we can also leave 'welcome packs'. These include basic things such as milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee, eggs, etc. This means your client will have a hearty breakfast the following morning!
For a touch of luxury we can add up-grades to the welcome packs! Champagne, the first hot meal, tickets to a show, chauffeured collection and anything that you would wish to make a stay just that bit extra special.

Information packs
A guide to the area and surrounding places of interest, local restaurants, facilities and events in the area during their stay.
Welcome packs
These can consist of grocery requirements for late arrivals such as tea, coffee, milk, bread, eggs, butter, cheese, bacon, cereals and sugar.
Up-grade packs
For those more sophisticated, VIP guests. Luxuries such as chauffeur to and from the airport, champagne, hot meals on the first night, tickets to shows and exhibitions etc. Anything to make their visit extra special.
24-hour availability
In event of emergencies we can arrange for representation on a 24-hour basis.
