Leading property specialist movewithus, has been celebrating its most recent win of the Estate Agency News' annual affinity groups and franchise operations award for the second year running.
The award has been presented in recognition of the immense strengthening of the movewithus network's position, which has led to a 56-office increase for the second year running. The diversity of the business, with its various divisions has meant that it is successful in a wide range of innovative property propositions. This has led to the development of important partnerships over the last year. These partnerships have been instrumental in the success enjoyed by movewithus.
Further growth has seen movewithus' corporate instructions for 2007 reach in excess of 4,500, with expectations that they will reach a mammoth 6,000 this year. Business is flourishing with agents providing 4,000 referrals each month. Such impressive figures demonstrate the level of growth and success movewithus had been enjoying in the past year. This is a revelation of the effectiveness of the overall business model and strategy.
