The international division of movewithus was established more than six years ago to bring investment opportunities from emerging markets to UK and Irish investors. movewithus property investments are selected by Movewithus based on two criteria; firstly that it will make money for the client and secondly, that it meets the companies due diligence requirements. These properties may be traditional real estate products such as an apartment in Central Berlin, or a seed capital investment in a Chicago hotel, or indeed an investment in a plot producing crops for conversion into bio-fuels. Different as many of our products may be, the common thread through all our investments is an attractive return for our clients and security.
In 2007 movewithus began the process of bringing its philosophy to new markets around the globe. To date the company has set up new operations in Madrid, Buenos Aires and Singapore with further markets to follow throughout 2008.
