An opportunity to invest in a business trading in discounted UK residential property

Trading Property Management Ltd (TPM) purchases residential properties sourced from house-builders, mortgage-lenders and other owners of residential property portfolios, with a view to selling them on at a profit to home-movers and residential property investors.

TPM intends to acquire properties from a number of sources including house-builders, mortgage-lenders, equity-release providers and receivers. Using a number of different short-term trading strategies TPM will look to acquire properties at a discount to their market value and re-sell them at, or close to, market value in order to capture the price difference.

Assuming TPM's trading funds are turned over three times per annum, a 50% gearing loan facility will enable TPM to trade up to £45 million of property each year.
