The last phase was released on August 4th 2008, which seemed at the time unfortunate timing because of the global financial turmoil that it coincided with it. However despite the financial crisis Greengold was massively popular, with the stock markets being volatile and property prices falling. The global demand for food is increasing, and Greengold is the obvious investment choice. The total investment in the last phase of Greengold was £4m.
Greengold offers the investors an annual rental income and a real exit strategy i.e. the land is bought back by movewithus international partners, The Food, Water & Energy Company, the same company farming and managing the land.
We've had many investors return and make further investments in Greengold, which is not surprising since the rental incomes are being paid on time and at the agreed amounts, which is the true test of any investment.
